How does Popsink charge?
Popsink charges based on transaction volumes, if we move a transaction from one place to another, that counts as one unit. Transactions take 3 forms: CREATE, UPDATE and DELETE a data object.
What if I need Popsink in a new region?
We regularly deploy Popsink in regions where we weren't before or that aren't generally available. Let us know if you need Popsink in a specific region and we will happily make it available for you.
Do you offer discounted rates?
We sometimes do depending on capacity commitment or special circumstances, if you believe there is reason for a discount, do get in touch with us and we can review your request together.
Is my data stored in Popsink?
Popsink has an in-built retention mechanism that can store data in your dedicated environment for a limited period of time (7 days by default). This allows for operational resilience in case of network or service issues with the resources you have connected. Popsink does not keep or look at the data you transfer.
